Pre-Trip Meeting 1
An intro to Sowers of the Kingdom through team-building activities. We will cover a basic itinerary of the mission trip like costs, travel, accommodations, mission activities, and FAQ.
Registration Due
Registration forms and team fees are due. Fees include your accommodations, meals, and all transportation within the Dominican Republic (excluding airfare). Trip costs are approximately $1,000 (final cost TBD). Register Here.

We will cover a more in-depth itinerary of the mission trip, including a roster of fellow team members, room assignments, weekly and daily schedules, and detailed descriptions of assigned mission sites and activities.
Mission Trip
We will provide medical and dental clinics at five local churches throughout the Samaná Peninsula. Our team will also conduct home visits to offer medical care, food deliveries, prayer, and spiritual support to families in need. Construction activities will include hands-on projects determined by local community need as well as continued work on the Sowers Mission House.

Mission Trip
We will provide a large, community-wide Vacation Bible School. Children will participate in Bible-based crafts, skits, music, and playtime. We’ll also rally the Sowers-sponsored youth baseball team each afternoon for games and spiritual mentorship. Throughout the week, Sowers will conduct home visits with food deliveries, prayer, and spiritual support to families in need. Construction activities will include hands-on projects determined by local community need as well as continued work on the Sowers Mission House.

Mission Trip
Charleston Southern University offers their PA students an opportunity to be part of the Sowers medical mission team, overseen by Dominican doctors and CSU staff, to provide medical care to those in need. The team will visit a total of ten church-based sites throughout the week. Non-CSU participants can join the Sowers for local construction projects and continued work on the Sowers Mission House.
